1. Data we collect

We collect only the information necessary to respond to enquiries and manage session bookings:

• Name — to address you correctly and confirm bookings
• Email address — to send booking confirmations and session materials
• Phone number — optionally provided; used only for confirming home-visit appointments
• Message content — the text of your enquiry, stored so we can respond appropriately

We do not collect financial information, identification documents, or sensitive personal data. We do not ask for your age, nationality, or health status.

Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on your consent (submitting the enquiry form) and, where a booking is confirmed, on the performance of a service agreement. We reference the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) as the applicable framework.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Booking records are kept for 36 months for administrative purposes. After these periods, data is deleted.

• Notifying you of session date changes
• Sending occasional announcements about new sessions, if you have agreed to receive them

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With hosting and email service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements
• If required by Thai law or a competent authority

We do not transfer personal data internationally outside Thailand.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data:

• Website connections use HTTPS encryption
• Access to records is restricted to authorised staff
• Paper records held at our premises are stored securely
• In the event of a data breach we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by the PDPA
